Care for oily skin


  • The first sign of aging is likely to be the appearance of wrinkles. It appear primarily by its genetic code. But it is influenced by sunlight, smoking, pollution, dryness, wind, stress etc. First small and fine wrinkles appear horizontal. Important external factor in the aging of skin is over exposure to the harmful rays of sun. So maintaining the skin is very important. Before its very important to identify your skin. So the first step in any natural skin care is to find out what kind of skin you have.
    Sun, alcohol, poor diet or stress worse the skin. Oily skin has coarse pores and pimples and other embarrassing blemishes. It creates blackheads. In this type of skin, the oil producing sebaceous glands are overactive and produce more oil than is needed. The oil oozes and gives the skin a greasy shine. The pores are enlarged and the skin has a coarse look.
    Causes of oily: The cause skin are many like Sun, alcohol, poor diet, stress, heredity, hormone levels, cosmetics you use, humidity and hot weather worse the skin. Avoid skincare products that leave your skin feeling taut and dehydrate your skin very clean and needs special cleaning with warm water. Wash your face to two or three times a day. Too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil. Use a good cleanser. Avoid the use of harsh soaps. After cleansing, apply a natural oil-free moisturizer. Before applying makeup, use an antiseptic day cream.
    Tissue Test:
    Remove the traces of makeup. Clean with warm water and gently wipe it with a cotton.Wait for half an hour,then cover with your face with one layer of soft napkin(tissue paper).Remove it and then examine it near a light. If it an oily skin, appears oil traces on the paper.
  • Home Made Facial Scrub For An Oily skin:

  • Type:1
  • Ingredients:
    Cornmeal- 2tbspLemon juice- 1tspPlain yogurt- 2tbsp
    method
    Take corn meal in a bowl, mix lemon juice, yogurt to make a paste.Leave the cornmeal to soften for 5 minutes.Gently massage the paste into your face for about 5 minutes, avoid the area around the eyes.Rinse off the scrub with lukewarm water.
  • Type 2:
    Yogurt-1 tbspJuice of one tomato
    Mix all these and then apply on your face for 15 minutes. This will make the skin smooth.
  • Type 3:
    cucumber juice- 1 tsplemon juice- 1 tspMix it together and then apply on your face for 15 minutes. After that clean it with luckewarm water.
  • Type 4:
    Honey-1 tsplemon juice -1 tspBarley water- 1 tbspapply this on your face and clean it with water.
    Take steam on face. Then use some cleansing lotion and spread on the face and after 10 seconds wipe it with a cotton. Then take little baby massage oil and massage on your face. This will increase the blood circulation. Then apply facial.
