How to care for your dry skin
By the time we reach adluthood, our skin cells have shortened dramatically. The first sign of aging is likely to be the appearance of wrinkles. The appearance of wrinkles are primarily controlled by our genetic code; but it is also influenced by sunlight, smoking habits, pollution, dryness of the weather, wind, stress etc Initially, small and fine wrinkles appear horizontally, which slowly thickens into large grooves. The important external factor in the aging of skin is over-exposure to the harmful rays of sun. So taking care of your skin is very important. Before that, it is very important to identify your skin type. So the first step in any natural skin care is to identify what kind of skin you have.
1.Normal skin : This type of skin is firm, supple, neither dry nor greasy. It is easy to take care.
2.Dry skin: This type of skin should take extra care, since wrinkles may appear easily. Regular application of moisturizer is required.
3.Oily skin: In this type of skin pimples and oil may appear. Sun, alcohol, poor diet or stress worsens the skin condition.
4.Combination skin:Often appear dry with shiny. Difficult to take care.
Tissue Test:
Remove the traces of makeup. Clean with warm water and gently wipe it with cotton.Wait for half an hour and then cover with your face with one layer of soft napkin (tissue paper). Remove it and then examine it in daylight.

Among this dry skin is very difficult to take care and if you do not take good care, you can find early signs of wrinkles and aging of skin. Lemon and cucumber juice make the skin dry. To make skin oily, apply almond cold cream in the night and wipe this with a cotton cloth. Do this weekly twice to get your skin oily. Try to use glycerin soap because normal soap makes your skin dry. Dry weather makes your skin drier. Once you come back from hot sun, splash cold water on your face. Use separate towel for your face.

Home made dry skin facial face pack:
a. To make skin soft use this face pack weekly once: 1 tsp milk powder, 1 tbsp oil and mashed half banana. Mix all these and apply on your face. After 15 minutes clean your face with warm water.
b. Mash apple and make a thick paste of it and then apply on your face. This will make your skin soft.
c. Mash ripe papaya and honey and mix well. Apply on your face to get soft skin.
d. Mix the ayurvedic turmeric powder and curd and apply on your face for 20 minutes.
e. Mix red sandal powder and water well. Apply this on your face for 20 minutes.
Doing yoga is the best way to reduce your age because it enhances circulation (blood flow), removes pimples and removes the marks around your eyes. Drink at least 8 glasses of water and sleep at least 8 hours.
