Our eyes reflects our vitality, emotions and general state of health.

  • Do not pull or drag the skin around the eyes when applying or removing make up as this can hasten the arrival of premeture wrinkles.
  • Sunglasses can protect your eyes against the harmful rays of the sun.
    Use only good quality cosmetics. Avoid using eye make-up inside the lower eyelid.
  • Eat a low-fat diet filled with green, leafy vegetables .Vitamins and minerals found in fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens have been shown to be good for our health and vision
  • A well-balanced diet, with or without carrots, provides all the vitamin A necessary for good vision.Good lighting does make reading easier and prevents eye fatigue.
  • Exercise.
