1.Use a good quality, finely ground face scrub at least twice a week. It will improve the look and feel of your skin.
2. Always moisturize your face first thing in the morning and last thing at night.
3. Don’t ever spend a fortune on expensive nail polish. They chip as fast if not faster than the cheapies.
4. You will look better if you feel better. Figure out what works for you in this regard. Whether its drinking lots of water, getting plenty of exercise and maintaining a healthy diet, or eating snacks while sitting in front of the TV. What ever makes you happy?! That’s all that matters.
