Maintain a glowing complexion
For a beautiful and healthy skin, these are few things you must do regularly
Cleanse;
Exfoliate;
Tone;
Moisturize;
.
Cleanse: Use gentle cleanser that is suitable for your skin type. If your skin type is normal or dry, look for a milky or creamy cleanser with plant oil like sweet almond oil. If your skin is oily, use oil free cleanser.If you did not cleanse your skin, your skin becomes dull and lifeless. Always use cleansing cream to remove your make up. Cleanse your face daily two times.
2. Exfoliate: Exfoliation is the process by which unwanted dead cells are removed from the surface of the skin to encourage new growth and healthy glow. In this process you have to use scrub to remove dead skin. If you have a oily or normal skin use an exfoliant twice a week after your cleanser. If your skin is sensitive use mild scrub once in a week. Don’t over scrub, because you need some of that surface stuff around to protect your skin.
3. Tone: After cleansing and exfoliating skin must be toned to cool it down and help it to contract. Toners reduce any grease left behind by oil based cleansers; they help to dry oily skin and leave it feeling cool and fresh. Avoid products with alcohol if you have dry or sensitive skin.
4. Moisturizing: This comes after cleansing, exfoliation and toning. Massage the moisturizer into your skin before the toner is completely dry. Using with your finger tips spread the moisturizer on your face and do the facial massage. Remember to moisturize your neck as well. Moisturizers keep the skin healthy and protect it from dryness in several ways. If you have normal skin use a light moisturizer in day time, richer one for over night and for dry skin use oil based moisturizer .Oily skin may not need moisturizing twice a day or even every day.
