Facial For Dry Skin
Note:Test on your inside arm or wrist for any possible allergic reactions before using on the face.
Dry skin can be a serious problem that causes discomfort and rashes. Your skin needs moisture to stay smooth and supple. Hot water dries out the skin so taking bath in hot water is not good for dry skin.
Identify what kind of skin you have, like dry, oily or normal skin.
Oily skin: If you wipe your face with a brown paper, you may notice oil in the paper
Normal skin: If you have very slight oil in the paper, then it is normal skin.
Dry Skin: No oil in the paper, then it is dry skin.
For each skin you have to take different care and treatment.
Among this dry skin is very difficult to take care and if you do not take care, you can find early signs of wrinkles and aging of skin. Lemon and cucumber juice make the skin dry. To make skin oily, apply almond cold cream in night and wipe this with a cotton cloth. Do this weekly twice to get your skin oily. Try to use glycerin soap because normal soap makes your skin dry. Dry weather makes your skin drier. Once you come back from hot sun, splash cold water on your
face. Use separate towel for your face.
Before applying any make up on your face, apply moisturizing lotion and wipe this with a cotton cloth. Applying nourishing cream is good for your skin.
Oily facial face pack:
a. To make skin soft use this face pack weekly once: 1 tsp milk powder, 1 tbsp oil and mashed half banana. Mix all these and apply on your face. After 15 minutes clean your face with warm water.
b. Fruit facial: Mash apple and make a thick paste of it and then apply on your face. This will make your skin soft.
c. Mash ripe papaya and honey and mix well. Apply on your face to get soft skin.
d. Mix the ayurvedic turmeric powder and curd and apply on your face for 20 minutes.
e. Mix red sandal powder and water well. Apply this on your face for 20 minutes.
Doing yoga is the best way to reduce your age because it makes the blood flow in good condition, removes pimples, remove the marks around your eyes. Drink at least 8 glasses of water and sleep at least 8 hours.
